Songs performed by:
Kim Mitchell
Kim was singing a “Valerie” song by Amy Winehouse. Her performance was good, she sang with an guitar accompanist.
Her pitch, and mike technique was good. There was a point she forgot her lyrics.
Eva Banks
Eva sang a piece called "Zombie" by The Cranberries.
Very confident performance, good mike technique, as well as phrasing and expressing the song.

Maria Makinen
Maria was performing a piece "Both Sides Now" by Joni Mitchell
She sang very well with confidence. Good job with working with the guitarist, well prepared.
Dorota Alimowska
I was singing "Dream a little Dream" a song from 1931, music by Fabian Andre and Wilbur Schwandt and lyrics by Gus Kahn. I was comfortable with the song and it was easy to perform it. The feed back was positive, the only one thing was: I've used lyrics on a stand just in case I'll need them. I did not need them, but that is something I need to work on... remember my lyrics! ;) And I've used the backing track, so for the next time it would be better to have an accompanist.

Reece Black
He played today a piece called: "An square Dance"
It was very well played, he used his own improvisations in it. Left hand technique was hard to maintain, so there is a space for improvement in a fast phase of the piece. Music had lovely feel and creative approach with his own ideas.
Rosella
Rosella performed a Spanish song called “Lallorona”.
It is a Mexican legend about a ghost who fell in love in a woman. She did a excellent work with her performance.
She was very expressive and used different tone and mike techniques. Good work with the accompanists, she kept an eye contact with him while playing instrumental solo. Her diction, pitch, dynamic contrast was excellent. Good mike control, good phrasing. Excellent emotion shown while singing the song. Overall very impressive performance.
It was my favourite performance so far.
Julia Green
Julia sang a song called “Beat me up”
She used lots of “freeling” which is a common effect singers use, but it was not appropriate at this stage and song.
It would be better if she had use an accompanist instead of playing guitar herself and more engage with the audience. She needs to improve diction with singing endings.
Natalie Maceira
Natalie performed an Alicia’s Keys song “if I ain’t got you”
She did a wonderful job with the song! Performed very well with lots of expression and emotion. Very passionate, engaged with lyrics and audience, very confident. Good mike techniques. It would be better if she had used an accompanist instead of a backing track.
